Review of Shieldon Leather iPhone 6 / 6S Case

Wow, this is truly a beautiful cell phone case. Here is my unboxing video to get us started:

As you can see, it comes very well packaged in a high end box that slides open.

 Inside is a velour storage case, nicely packaged warranty cards and the case itself.

The case is made of genuine leather (not PU leather, i.e. plastic like some “leather” cases). Just like on fine handbags, the leather is from Italy.

This case is not only constructed with quality materials but and stitches are well done. There were no flaws on the sample I received.

Inside is an insert on the inside that your phone snaps into. My iPhone 6S fits perfectly and it does a very good job of keeping your phone protected. The cutouts are well placed and allow easy access.

It has slots on the opposite side for storing your credit cards. Important note: This case has a magnetic strip on the left hand side of the credit card slot area to keep it closed. Therefore, you must put your credit cards in the case with the magnetic strip facing to the right to avoid the magnetic strip on the case coming into contact with your credit card’s magnetic strip. This is the only negative I can find with this case.

I like that you can put your basic ID’s and credit cards in this case because when you are on the go, you don’t have to grab anything but your phone. It also has a compartment for cash.

The case closes nicely and stays shut.

The case can also be used for hands free viewing on a flat surface. Very nice.

This is truly a handsome phone case that is very well made. It keeps your phone well protected.

I would definitely recommend this iPhone case. It’s the nicest I’ve seen and that’s saying a lot because I am frequently sent cases for evaluation.
